A beautiful day for an outdoor wedding began at Marvella Salon in Peoria Heights.

Well… actually back-up an hour. It began as Jacob (one of the Groomsmen) poked his head out the drive-thru window to give Nelson an Iced Americano so he could make it through the day with energy to spare.

OK. Back to the salon. Becky had gotten all her bridesmaids robes from China so they could match whilst admiring her wedding-day hair.

Just right.

Some hair fixin’.

One thing Nelson is especially good at is manly groomsmen pictures. This oozes masculinity.

and this doesn’t…

Back to the guys.

Mug shots. There’s a 33% chance the guy who did it is named Chris.

Beautiful!

+2 cool points for this ring bearer.

Love her parents’ expressions at the conclusion of their outdoor ceremony.

Becky is a teacher and had her entire class come to the ceremony to wave streamers for the kiss and their exit down the aisle. As expected, adorableness ensued.

Detail time!

The wedding was on 7/11, get it?

Party time!

Perhaps the highlight of the reception, the bride’s sister delivered the self-professed best toast ever in 5 parts.

The surprise finale enchanted the audience with a choreographed dance. It really was the best toast ever.

The limbo was the other event that garnered everyone’s attention. Two professionals battled underneath a make-shift mic stand with a huge onlooking crowd.

What a beautiful and fun wedding. Just like we like.

Thanks guys.
